2025-2026 Intent to Play
To help us prepare for next season, YOU MUST complete the intent form to participate in tryouts in spring 2025. Forms are due by Thursday February 13.
This form can be completed by all Central association players, regardless of home association. Please complete one form for each athlete in your family who will be participating at the U12 age and above.
