- Volunteers FOR WHITBY RINGETTE (not a specific team)
- Help with a Board approved project/Position
- Come try ringette
- Manuals/policies
- Board Position
- Tournament
- Marketing and Social Media
- Has 100+ reported hours in a single Ringette Season to receive $200 for the following season
- hours can not be combined (even within a family)
- Paid positions (for example shot clock and Timekeeper) as well as mandatory Tournament hours do not qualify

- Volunteers who have 100+ hours will be announced at the AGM
- Volunteers will get $200 off any Whitby Ringette's player's fees the following year (2025-2026)
- Reduce the fees of your Player
- Choose to reduce fees for another Player
- Have the funds set aside for WRA to disperse to a family in need
